Paying with Swish
Canine Coach uses Swish for course payments. You pay the trainer directly, and your booking is confirmed as soon as you book.
How payment works
When you book a course you are shown the price and a Swish payment. You pay the trainer from your phone, just like any other Swish payment.
Confirming your payment
Your spot is reserved the moment you book. The trainer marks the payment as received once it lands, so the status may update shortly after you pay.
If a payment does not go through
If Swish fails or you are unsure it went through, check your Swish history first. If the amount was not sent, open the booking and try the payment again, or contact the trainer.
