Cancellations and refunds

Plans change. You can cancel a course booking yourself, and whether you get a refund depends on the trainer’s terms and how close to the start you cancel.

Cancelling a booking

Open the booking from your bookings and choose to cancel. Your place is released immediately so someone on the waitlist can take it.

Refunds

Because you pay the trainer directly with Swish, refunds are handled by the trainer according to their cancellation terms. Reach out to them if you are due one.

Waitlists and freed-up spots

If a course is full you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens up, the next person on the list is offered it automatically.
