Accounts and signing in
A free account keeps your dogs, bookings, and messages in one place. Here is how to create one and get back in.
Creating an account
Sign up with your email and a password. You can start booking straight away and add your dog’s details as part of your first booking.
Signing in
Use the account menu to sign in with the email and password you signed up with. You stay signed in on your device until you log out.
Resetting your password
Forgot your password? Choose the forgot-password option on the login screen and follow the email link to set a new one.
